Appy to bead surface then work in a hot neutral flame, it will begin to change to metallic iridescent peacock blues, greens and purple-mauves.At very low temperatures, it sometimes produces subtle colours such as teal and purple.Increase the flame heat and palladium will return to a warm silver color. Bathe the bead in a hot flame for a few seconds and then hold it out of the flame to allow the bead to cool before placing in the kiln.The combination of high heat and then cooling develop the iridescent colors.The colors are further enhanced during annealing.
